Our primary care team continues to see patients in the office. However, we do have alternative telehealth options available:
- Send a message to your provider through the patient portal. Please do not utilize the portal if you have urgent concerns.
- Participate in a phone call or video visit with your provider during your scheduled appointment time.

COVID-19 testing must be ordered by a healthcare provider or your county health department.
If you believe you are symptomatic or may have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, please call your provider or county health before going to any healthcare location.
When you call, a healthcare provider will assess your symptoms with you over the phone and provide guidance.
Depending upon the severity of your symptoms, you may be directed to a testing site per your provider or your county public health department.
